Site Assessment & Energy Audit
- Conduct home visit or virtual assessment.
- Collect electricity consumption and assess client needs.
- Roof & electrical inspection.
Deliverables: Load assessment report & quotation.

System Design & Proposal
- System sizing & component selection.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) & layout diagram.
Deliverables: Quote, BOM, layout.

Contract Signing & Payment
- Client signs agreement & pays 60–70% deposit.
Deliverables: Signed contract, invoice & installation schedule.

Procurement & Preparation
- Purchase approved equipment & inspect quality.
- Pre-configure inverter and accessories where applicable.
Deliverables: Quality inspection checklist.

On-Site Installation
- Safety briefing and isolation of power.
- Install mounting structure (roof or ground).
- DC and AC wiring, inverter & battery installation.
- Install protection devices (breakers, surge protection, fuses).
Deliverables: Installation quality checklist.

Testing & Commissioning
- Perform full system test & calibration.
- Confirm power output, charging and backup performance.
Deliverables: Commissioning report.

Client Training & Handover
- Train client on basic operation, safety and system care.
- Hand over documentation & activate warranty.
Deliverables: User manual, warranty documents.

After-Sales Support & Maintenance
- Follow up with client within 72 hours of commissioning.
- Offer scheduled maintenance and support package.
Deliverables: Service log & maintenance record.
